Both Bolton-Warrensburg varsity soccer teams claimed championship victories at the David R. Leach Memorial Columbus Day Soccer Tournament in Old Forge this weekend! Both teams battled through some really tough conditions to secure the championships. The girls team beat Harrisville 7-0 in the opening round and LaFargeville 2-0 in the Championship. Hope Sherman was named the girls tournament MVP. The boys beat Indian Lake/Long Lake 6-1 in the opening round and Town of Webb (Old Forge) 6-0 in the Championship. Louis Lang was named the boys tournament MVP. These successes capped off a great week of competition for both groups. Congratulations to all our student athletes and their coaches!
