Recently a group of ten 6th and 7th graders had an opportunity to build on their positive experience’s cross-country skiing at Raquette Lake Great Camp Pine Knot trip a few weeks ago! For many of these students it was only their second outing on skis. These swift eagles went on a ten-mile round trip to Santanoni Great Camp. All our skiers did great, the energy level was through the roof all day, beginning at 8am when we loaded the bus until 4:50pm! The group had a bonus history lesson of the camp from a parent who met us there and also got to see some beautiful examples of architecture! Santanoni Great Camp Trip
