Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Farm to School Program sent Program Coordinator Annie to have BCS elementary students sample two varieties of local apples and pick their favorite! Annie worked with our Cafeteria Manager Mrs. Maranville to prepare and share the apples and vote. It was close but between Empire and Gala apples, Gala was the favorite!
